1. Services

Autonix Response provides automated lead response, messaging, and scheduling tools for businesses. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You will use the services lawfully; obtain valid consent from your leads; and not send spam, threats, or fraudulent content.

3. Accounts & Accuracy

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information.

4. Messaging Compliance

You must follow carrier, TCPA, and Twilio policies. Prohibited content or unauthorized messaging may lead to suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Autonix Response LLC or its licensors. No copying, reverse-engineering, or sublicensing.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autonix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Autonix harmless from claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
